FAQs

1. Do points expire?

No, Waisa Points do not expire. Once earned, they remain in your account indefinitely and can be used for rewards, conversions, or saved for future opportunities.

Series 1 has a limited allocation of 50 million points to create meaningful value for our founding members. As our reading community grows and reaches new milestones, we’ll release additional point series to welcome more book lovers while maintaining the exclusive benefits that Series 1 members enjoy.

Series 1 members can convert points to company shares at a ratio of 5 points to 1 share, with a minimum conversion of 10,000 points (2,000 shares). Conversion will be available after Series 1 points are fully allocated or after 5 years, whichever comes first.

You earn points, mainly, by reading physical books shipped to you. Points are awarded based on the number of pages read: 0.5 points per page for Basic members, 0.75 for Plus members, and 1.0 for Prime members.
