Simon Sinek (born October 9, 1973) is an English-born American author and motivational speaker renowned for his insights on leadership and organizational culture. He is best known for his groundbreaking book Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action (2009), which introduces the concept of the “Golden Circle” and emphasizes the importance of understanding the “why” behind actions to inspire others.
